AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have heard so much about reiki that I really wanted to give it a try so I booked my first ever reiki session with Elizabeth and I’m so happy I chose to receive from her. I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what it would be like but I had a feeling it was going to okay. Everything ended up going great - I felt so safe that I could be open and allow myself to experience a deeper level of relaxation and healing all at once. I loved that she explained everything and asked me questions before we began the session. She asked me if I was experiencing any pain anywhere and I stated my neck and low back. My neck was the area that I was having the most pain in - I couldn’t move my head down without feeling pain or tension. A few days after my session my pain in my neck is gone! I’m not sure what she did but it helped me so much. I know it was the reiki because I had been doing everything to help the tension (massaging or stretching the area) and I hardly felt any changes after having that pain for over a week! Not only did she help decrease pain that I had been experiencing but I feel like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, I feel so refreshed, recharged, renewed and lighter. She truly has a gift. If you’re looking for a sign this is it.
